1. Rental Agreement

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for licensed contractors, construction professionals, and qualified individuals aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify credentials and deny service if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Equipment Use

Rented equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. You agree not to misuse, modify, or operate equipment in a manner that could cause damage or injury. Only qualified personnel may operate machinery unless a certified SiteReady operator is hired.

4. Pricing and Payment

Rental rates are listed per day and per week. Bundle discounts apply only when equipment is rented together as advertised. Payment is due upon confirmation of rental, unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for delivery, operator services, fuel, cleaning, or damages.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Local delivery is available throughout Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Stuart headquarters. Equipment must be returned in clean, operable condition or be available for pickup at the agreed time and location.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery to avoid fees. Changes to rental dates or equipment must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

7. Operator Services

Certified operators are available at competitive hourly rates. Operator services must be scheduled in advance and are billed separately from equipment rental.

8. Liability and Insurance

SiteReady Equipment Rentals maintains insurance on all equipment. However, renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or misuse during the rental period. You agree to indemnify and hold SiteReady harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the equipment.

9. Maintenance and Inspection

All equipment is inspected and maintained between rentals. If you experience any mechanical issues during your rental period, contact us immediately. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, descriptions, and branding, is the property of SiteReady Equipment Rentals and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
