Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of sitereadysfl.com and website-based quote and messaging features provided by SiteReady Equipment LLC ("SiteReady"). Separate rental agreements, estimates, work authorizations, payment terms, insurance requirements, and equipment-specific documents may apply to a transaction and will control where they address the same subject more specifically.
Website information and quote requests
Website information, displayed rates, availability, equipment descriptions, service descriptions, and estimates are provided for general planning. Submitting a quote request does not create a rental contract, reservation guarantee, or obligation for SiteReady to provide equipment or services. A rental or service engagement is confirmed only after SiteReady accepts the request and any required agreement, deposit, payment, insurance, identification, or other conditions are satisfied.
Customer information
You agree to provide accurate contact, job site, scheduling, and project information. You are responsible for ensuring that a job site is accessible and that information provided about materials, conditions, hazards, or intended equipment use is accurate.
Availability, pricing, and scheduling
Equipment and service availability may change. Delivery, pickup, fuel, disposal, taxes, damage waivers, deposits, operator charges, attachments, mileage, tolls, and other fees may be additional unless expressly included in a written quote or agreement.
Messaging program
Program name: SiteReady Equipment Alerts.
Customers may optionally enroll in SMS and/or WhatsApp messaging through separate unchecked consent boxes on the SiteReady quote form. Messaging consent is not required to request a quote or complete a transaction.
Service messages
Service messages may include quote updates, rental confirmations, delivery or pickup coordination, reminders, account updates, and customer-service communications. Frequency is up to 8 messages per quote or rental.
Promotional messages
Promotional messages may include rental availability, specials, SiteReady services, and offers. Promotional frequency is up to 4 messages per month and requires a separate promotional opt-in.
SMS terms
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent SiteReady from contacting you by non-SMS methods when reasonably necessary to complete an existing transaction, unless prohibited by law. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
WhatsApp terms
WhatsApp messages are sent only where SiteReady has the required consent and channel authorization. You may withdraw WhatsApp consent by replying STOP or contacting SiteReady. WhatsApp availability may depend on Meta/WhatsApp platform rules and service availability.

Acceptable website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false or fraudulent requests, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or interact with third-party providers such as payment, electronic-signature, mapping, messaging, social-media, or hosting services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteReady does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that website content will always be error-free. Nothing in these website terms limits obligations or rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version.
