1. Equipment Rental Terms

• Rentals are available on a daily or weekly basis, with rates specified at time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit may be required to confirm reservations.
• Rental periods begin upon delivery and end upon pickup confirmation.
• Equipment must be returned clean and undamaged. Cleaning and repair fees may apply.

2. Operator Options

• Clients may rent equipment with or without a certified SiteReady operator.
• If no operator is requested, renter assumes full liability and must provide:
  • Valid general liability insurance
  • A signed Operator Liability Waiver prior to delivery

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Free delivery up to 20 miles from HQ (Palm Beach Gardens).
  Extended delivery is available (up to 100 miles) with a fee.
  Same-day or after-hours delivery is available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept: Zelle, Credit Card, ACH, Business Checks.
• Overdue balances are subject to late fees and collection actions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for full refund.
• Late cancellations may forfeit deposit or incur a flat $150 cancellation fee.

6. Responsibility & Indemnification

• The renter assumes full responsibility for equipment once delivered.
• SiteReady Equipment LLC is not liable for any injury, property damage, delays, or consequential losses.
• Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SiteReady Equipment LLC and its operators for any incidents during usage.

7. Disputes

• All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
• Any legal action must be filed in Palm Beach County, FL.
